I was at Rock View Hotel for a business meeting. At a part of the hotel called Elephant Bar. I loved the service, the rooftop sit out that overlooks the Government House Roundabout as you take your drink and see people and cars moving around. The hotel environment though noisy with traffic, is a good place to hangout.
