The crowds at the branch on Wethedral Road was just something else. But I give it to them because the queue was actually moving and there was no jumping the queue. You get served according to your position on the queue. "No big mannism". Loved the way the way the lady at the customer service attended to people including me. Hope the company takes note of her someday.
