It is such an incredible place to be. So exquisite that I should have given it more than 5* if it actually existed... Very neat abode and, environ. I love their meals. State of art facilities, and one of the best hotels I have visited so far. Though, commands a lot of spending... But, finally, it Worths the money...

Was hosted to an official event over a 2 day period at this location which is about the no.1 hotel in Owerri. The ambience was nice and the hospitality of the staff was rather commendable. The poor state of roads in the city will almost make you catch the next flight out of the city but this hotel tries to make up for it in its own small way.

However, room wardrobes appear to be after thought (and do not really exist) for a hotel of this standard. Take your coffee unless you prefer decaf. The buffet is a good idea but not really worth 6k in Owerri.

Great stay overall. Room was very clean and modern. I appreciated the bathroom with modern shower and sink setup. I had dinner in the restaurant which was buffet-style (see photo) for about $20 USD. It was delicious, and dishes were well prepared. I used the gym, located on the first floor and in a room next to the courtyard, and found equipment also in good condition. However, things that could be improved: (1) Access to the hotel is not good. Main access is via an unmarked dirt road (see photo), and we needed to ask for directions. (2) Taxi service to the hotel was subpar. Despite what the website suggests, there is no hotel-provided transportation to the Owerri airport. Hotel staff called for a driver that I took, but the driver was unsafe and required payment in cash (7000 Naira). I would suggest that you use the Taxify app to arrange transportation to the airport instead; it would be safer, cheaper, and allow use of credit card.

Room service was poor, had to ask for everything 3 times before it arrived. Door did not lock properly, housekeeping forgot to leave basics like cups and spoons, when I contacted front office to get them to bring up simple items such as towels and spoons, they either did not do it or took hours. The Safe was not working, took 3 phone calls to reception to get someone to look at it, room service took 3 reminder calls to get food brought up. The system of internal communication between the hotel services is below standard for a hotel of this class .
