Big hotel but I guess the design is quite old that it barely attracts customers.the exterior should be worked on.proper cleaning to give it a face lift.the pillars should be eliminated if possible

Basic hotel layout. Seems management is not investing in the facility. Could not sleep the whole night as room was infested with mosquitoes. Rooms are left open to vent in between patrons. Water ran dry prompting several calls for "pumping if water". Room service staff had body odor. Breakfast NOT included in room rate. Room clean, sheets okay, hot water, sizable room.
