This is the best place to choose when you want to travel with ease. It have branches all over Nigeria and other West African countries including Binin Republic, Togo And Accra Ghana. Very easy to locate and they also have wheel chair access and parking space. In this company, safety and Customer satisfaction is the watch word of every staff.

ABC transport charges company has their offices in most states and major cities in Nigeria. In Abuja Nigeria, their office is at Utako, adjacent to "God is good"motors. When it started operations in the 1990s, it was the best in Nigerian land transportation. Most air travellers diverted to the use of this transportation outfit because they get the same courteous and time conscious service, except that it does not fly. It had business class which leaves earlier and then the one which leaves later, all before 7am. They had Supper sleeper for night travellers, which made night journey very comfortable and interesting. They also made traveling to Ghana, an easy one, because it has been one of their routes outside the country, till date. Refreshments are served in their buses during any journey, while you watch different programs on Television. With time the big, long buses started getting old and spoilt. Their services was not like before and though they still depart at the right time, but gets late to their destination. They began to get less patronage from travellers. Recently, as other competitors came up with smaller buses, ABC has also put on the road, smaller buses which has revived their transportation business and made it better. Time of arrival at their final destinations had greatly improved too. Their staff still maintenance courtesy. One outstanding service that ABC transport service has been good at is the their cargo express. This has been steady all these while and has kept the company going. Whatever, you want to move to any part of the country, ABC will do that for you at a fee you can afford. So, give them a try today

Sane drivers, well air-conditioned buses but oh! My GOD it disappointed me when travelling from Lagos to Owerri that it developed fault and we had to wait for more than an hour to be transferred to another bus and same thing happened when returning to Lagos which made us to wait for about 30 minutes. Get new buses or better still put the old ones in other for better service. Thank you

I don’t even think this transport company deserves any star at all. I’ve been a repeat customer even though I’ve had bad experiences just because I’ve been reluctant to try new ones but yesterday from Accra to Lagos and Today from Lagos to Port Harcourt has sealed my deal and my verdict for ABC transport is WACK! On the way from Accra to Lagos we asked them before leaving the terminal if they would turn on the air con because it was getting hot and we were assured that we would but as soon as we started the trip they told us that there was something wrong with the air conditioning. Fast forward to getting through boarder formalities at Seme, the conductor began loading on bags of rice to the bus that was already stuffed with luggages and it was so hot and choking I started hyperventilating and I nearly passed out! The staff didn’t even have the courtesy to come by and say sorry or see how I was doing. The most nonchalant selfish group of people I’ve ever seen. Today on my way to Port Harcourt from Lagos I asked the conductor to load my bag onto the bus since they were doing it for other people because I had something fragile in it; it was my laptop as I don’t have a laptop bag to put it in and I already had my hands filled with three carryons and he assured me that he would. The bus started moving and I noticed my bag wasn’t inside the bus but they were other huge boxes and even goods loaded onto the bus, I figured the owners tipped him or something. That aside, the least he could’ve done was not put other luggages on mine but he allowed them to load heavy luggages on mine and even though I tried to voice my opinion before we left the terminal at Jibowu countless times they behaved so nonchalant and the result as you can see is the damage of my property. Not jut my computer but my box is ruined due to the mishandling by the loaders! And this is not even the first time it is happening. But for my laptop to be in my luggage and I ask nicely that it be treated with care, then assured that it would and arrive at Owerri which is not even my final destination, only to the boot only to find very heavy luggages on mines causing the damage you can see here is the height of bad management and nonchalance. And the people at the customer care are not even being helpful at all. I hope everyone gets to see this or it eventually gets to their management
