The entrance lounge is grand. The reception staff are good, helpful and courteous. The pool bar is about the best place in my opinion. Now the rooms... I have stayed in room 201 and 206. The rooms look beautiful and welcoming. The bed is comfortable the AC is split unit and noiseless. I love the rooms. However the toilet is not so good. The anthropometrics is not well thought out; the shower partition discomforts sitting on the toilet and the wash hand basin makes it even tighter. However, Westbrook is worth a visit whenever in Owerri.

Lovely place to stay. Enjoyed the discount afforded and the quite environment. The water fountain was relaxing and excellent invitation to the exquisite design. Spacious rooms and bright lights. However, needs a little more consideration for persons with disAbility with stairs. There is a ramp outside.
