Location is a little bit detached, even though it is around one of the hot spots of New Owerri, not far from popular Mimi Restaurant, Villa Garden Hotel, and All Seasons Hotel. Rates are cheap; comparatively one of the cheapest in Owerri if you weigh facilities VS cost. Discounts of ₦10,000 minus are available.
