Pros: 24 hour electricity, Pool, A/C, Fridge, TV, Hot water to bathe, close to Owerri mall, in heart of Owerri, easy public transportation nearby, affordable room rates. Cons: Roach and mosquito problem in room I stayed in. Room not cleaned well. Older building.
