The hotel needs rehabilitation as the conference hall air-conditionings were not functioning and the light were inconsistent

Benchmark hotel is becoming too average for my liking. Erratic power supply careless staff and carefree attitude. I advise management to look backwards and see how they can recover their past glory I hope they are not turning the hotel into a religious centre
