As a state company, despite how old it has been in service ,they are still doing very well. Their logistics services is very cheap compared to other transport companies. The staffs are very cheerful and welcoming. I was surprised to notice that Kwara motors load there also(Kwara express precisely), yet very cheap. Tho I believe ITC needs to upgrade their busses. They have very neat and clean sienna cars but older hummer busses.
