This is one of the best domestic airports in the country, although the standard of airports in the country is nowhere near international levels. The basic equipment (baggage-handling, air-conditioning) required for your comfort are available and functional. Quite spacious and security is okay. Located at the outskirts of the city so give yourself 30-45mins to get there. There could be some traffic at the entrance at rush hour so beware!

The airport needs more lights to be installed. Gets darker during cloudy weather. Also check in counters need facelifts.
