I’ve been shopping at H-medix for a long time now and I’ve always loved their services until last night. So I asked for a 200ml bottle of bio oil and one of the staff on duty took one to the counter for me, I usually get it at 3000 naira plus but yesterday the lady at the counter said it was 2900 which was strange. So I paid for it with my card while she handed the product to me, I opened the polytene bag just to find out it was actually different from what I usually buy, it wasn’t sealed and had no part to scratch to verify if it’s fake or not and I wasn’t comfortable with that so right there I asked for the other one I was familiar with but the lady said she can’t do anything about it and that I had to pay for another one, right there at the counter I couldn’t change the product I hadn’t even left the store!! I was still at the counter! I asked for a higher authority to talk to and when I met the lady she said if she doesn’t feel the product has a fault then she won’t change it I’d have to take it with me there was nothing she could do about it and if I’m not comfortable with their services I should never come to H-Medix again I can go and buy my things from other stores, I wasn’t exchanging words with her or anything but because I wanted to add the money for the product I was more familiar and comfortable with she had to say everything she could say. I dropped the product and the receipt with her and I left. It was a horrible experience, terribly horrifying experience.

Although there was a bit of a hold up before getting into the supermarket it was a splendiferous experience at last just as soon after I passed through the entrance door. The supermarket has a sufficient set of security dispatched across from outside and within. The products are artfully sifted, sorted, segregated and consolidated to an ascending order and arranged by category and condition making it easy for customers to blissfully locate whatever products they want to purchase.
