Check-in took for ever to confirm my reservation, one frontdesk staff was quite rude, no Wi-Fi, have a central heating system that is switched on between 4-8am and you has to request for hot water afterwards. Towels are old and have an offensive smell. The food was tasty though.

Very wonderful hotel. Initially planned to stay for 2 nights but extended my stay. The customer service quality was awesome. The hotel is very busy and always alive. Lots of things to do like the pool, bar, gym and even a spa.

Summit Villa has it all. It has a swimming pool with lot of fun games and stuff around it. A warm reception, a spa and massage service a good bar (drinks here are about twice the cost outside), a lovely restaurant, good parking space, vehicle hire service, good security, laundry service, photocopying and other business centres and it also holds parties which could be a nuisance to peace loving people.
