Came for a 2-Day workshop at the ballroom and the first thing I noticed about the room was how neat it was. The ushers were very courteous and helpful Their toilet is very clean and they even have a mosque for Muslims to observe their prayers(this got me sold) Their buffet was delicious. I particularly liked the goat meat pepper soup, couscous, fettucce and their deserts (cinnamon and red velvet cake) I didn’t lodge here so I can’t say much about their rooms. They also have a business centre for document organization, sharing or any form of secretarial work. The staff were also very nice. Even the security personnel gave off a smile once in a while

Fraser Suites/Abuja was an outstanding experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Requests for assistance were addressed promptly. Meals offered wide options, with attractive presentation as well as being delicious. I really enjoyed the Buffet the ambience was lovely and Cozy. The management of Fraser Suites pays attention to detail and it was a genuine pleasure to visit there. The fact they don’t serve or allow alcohol in the premises might be my only problem. Other than that it’s a place you have to visit when in Abuja.

I have been to Fraser suites twice and I absolutely love the place. It is a new edifice that is beautiful with spacious car park. They have conference rooms that suit your needs, as I have attended meetings in 2 different rooms. Did I mention that there food is simply fantastic with a wide variety of dishes to chose from. They also have a wide variety of salad dishes. What I loved was that they were quick to refill once the dishes were exhausted. The dining environment has a lovely ambiance. I asked about their prices for a lunch and dinner and it was good. I absolutely love this place and I will visit again..

The swiming pool of Fraser Suites Abuja built by Bull Dolve Co Nigeria Limited is state of the art master piece. You can enjoy the pool with one of the best engineering concept and filtration. Hundreds cubic meters recycled constantly. Has a nice gazebo by the side also constructed by the same company. Beautiful.

It is definitely e encouraging first time comers and providing smart information about the country. The hotel is clearly a very well designed and managed location. It is not a place for a fun day visit but more of a quick stay for visitors from outside of the country coming for a business oriented trip.

The reception staff can do with better training, but all others are genuine and strive to please. Aisha at the restaurant is a lovely lady. I stayed at Fraser last week. I found it to be the best hotel in Abuja, hands down. Not only are room and restaurant conditions excellent, but more importantly staff and management are extremely responsive without being excessive about it. The down side, of course, is that you pay for such good conditions, but there is some flexibility in the type of room and charge required. Overall it is my gold standard for Abuja.

Acclaimed 7 star hotel. At about 100K, you get yourself luxury equivalent to what you would at Dubai Marina. I pray they sustain the standard. Recently inaugurated by his excellency, President and commander in chief of the Nigerian armed forces. Widely reported in the media. Hope this attracts the patronage needed to sustain this. We should have more of this in major cities across Nigeria.

Possibly the best, safe and great place to stay in Abuja at this time. Multiple private meeting spots available including covered seat- out private corners. Several training and conference Halls of moderate but variable capacities. Very helpful staff in beautiful dress code. Very neat healthy environments.

Updated- My review below was premature- Sanjeev and his team Emeka (Restaurant mgr), Aisha have pristine customer service skills. They listened and have made my stay memorable. I will come back here again- great job fraser suites! Horrible customer service. Hospitality is not about how clean and nice the property is, sheraton and hilton certainly have better customer service. They have a bunch of managers that dont know their left from their right and really offer zero customer service. This exceedingly over priced place will be run down in a year or two unless the management is replaced.
