margaret okonI stayed at Ramelton for a week and i has the worst customer experience ever. The kitchen staff was rude to me on phone while ordering for breakfast, i asked to speak to the supervisor, a certain Ifeoma came to hear my complaint but she barely listened, did not apologise and even asked if i wanted her to beat up the staff in question. Unfortunately, this happened on the last day of my stay and i left with so much regrets. Avoid this hotel at all cost!
