I am quite underwhelmed at the service. I sat for about 10 minutes before anyone even attended to me and the club was literally empty so it was not like rush hour. I was asked to get up from the seat and go sit at the bar with no explanations. The karaoke apparently is not happening today because I have been here for an hour and no karaoke. I am new in Abuja and the experience from sofa Lounge is a let down

Cool karaoke servicw but I have reservations for customer service. So we sat at a couch (like others) then some attendant comes saying the place has been reserved for 3 days! We hang around for an hour and see no space to sit (friends come in quickly). We all leave and go to Cubana. Still great for karaoke though

Karaoke was fun, but very disorganised!! They only give the microphones to their bestfriends or customers they are familiar with which i feel is very unfair. People come to sing.. we waited for 3 hours to finally sing 2 out of 4 songs cause we were 4 on our table! Super sad.. My friends got there an hour after us and they sang before us. Very scattered management. They also gave me the wrong bill twice!!!!!

This is super place to visit. I loved the attitude of bouncers the day we visited friday Aug 18. We came straight from work so definitely some of us had backpacks and unfortunately backpacks are not allowed in but they gave us options for storing them on the lockers and we accepted that. We got back our bags intact when we were leaving. Keep up the good work Sofa Lounge.
