AP Plaza was once one of the best Plazas in Abuja until recently when new buildings emerged in the Federal Capital which almost makes it to be outdated. Having been built more than 20 years ago, the building architectural design is still unique, but the services and facilities inside were so poor due to lack of proper maintenance. Unlike modern Plazas in town that accommodates both offices and shops, AP Plaza is popular in offering office spaces as it has no trading business inside.
