Amazing service, decor and experience. Food is really good as well. Security was good, keycard gives elevator access to only certain floors. They have a large and clean pool too. Because the hotel is big, be prepared to see a lot of people as they usually have a lot of conferences and events. If you don’t like busy hotels, this might not be the hotel for you.

I love Transcorp, good food and a good secure environment most times which makes me attend most shows held there as well. I loved swimming there in the past. However the new Park and pay movement is really tiring and has made me reduce my visitations although if you spend more than 3k which you definitely would if you visit any of the restaurants or go swimming then you don’t have to pay for parking.

This is my 4th time staying here and it will always be my first choice in Abuja . It can get a bit rowdy in the lobby area during busy times but It’s clean , fresh and a great space to hide away . Great choice of restaurants, bars and a hidden handcraft market. Front desk staff are super pleasant and very helpful.. I was located on the 4th floor with a pool view.

Every vehicle is given a gate pass before they can be granted entrance into the building. There is a large parking slot for cars. The rooms here are top notch and expensive, they also have a night club called the "PLACE". They also have a bar and offer laundry, massage and gym services.

First experience at this Hilton Abuja was a disaster! After paying N111,550 to reserve a room for a top executive, he gets there the first time in the morning after arriving from the airport and they say the room haven’t paid for. I called Hilton and sent proof of payment to them and they confirmed it and still their incompetent staff lazed didn’t capture the payment. My Client got to the hotel in the evening after long hours of meetings still with his luggage, stranded and they tell him his room hasn’t been paid for again!!! And collected over 90k from him to pay for another room. I’ve never seen any so to speak 4 star hotel this unprofessional! Even a 1 star hotel would do better! Very disappointed!

Transcorp is a good spot for a nice music with jazz at the reception lounge, or a place to deep your ties in or take a dive in in the pool. If you care for some food or drinks while in the swimming mood, the poolside bar has you covered. They have atm machines at various points, to ensure you have cash to do whatever. For meetings, occasions, or leisure hangout, I fully recommend it.

Transcorp Hilton Abuja is one of the best hotels in Nigeria. The service is top notch, the rooms are luxurious and properly maintained with courteous staff and services. The meals are very good and the ambience properly maintained. There are several restaurants and clubs within the hotel. There are some few downsides though. You cannot control the temperature of the air conditioning in your room as it is password protected. You have to call room service everytime you need to change the settings or temperature. The halls for events need renovations and the sound is terrible. The sounds kept failing and the microphone kept going off during the event, it was really embarrassing. Lastly, the hotel operates a park and pay system, that is really strange for an hotel.

This is the default hotel for when you are in Abuja. This is where everyone stays! A lot of the events happen here too. The rooms are well-serviced, the staff members are friendly and helpful. We even got complimentary groundnuts in the room the last time I stayed here. Also, the Bukka Restaurant on the ground floor is the truth. They have ‘all you can eat buffet’ for breakfast, lunch and I think dinner. I have never really had dinner at the restaurant. I’m pleased to share the plate of pepper soup I had at the restaurant the last time, lol.

Multiple amazing bars, restaurants, shops and amenities from basket ball court, tennis court, huge pool and great and awesome staff who are very professional, helpful and friendly. Very clean rooms, comfy beds and great amenities too. Very delicious food both local and international dishes, with live music at night and even a night club for those who like to party. This is a must stay hotel... Very high standards indeed...

They have meeting rooms on the Mezzanine Floors 2&2, a standard pool and knee for kids, they also have squash, lawn tennis, basket, and volleyball courts. Stayed on the 9th Floor (executive floor) while there, the staff are courteous, but the food was really terrible...though they have nice finger food and it was quite expensive. Overall... A just there experience

The Transcorp Hilton is more like a Las Vegas big name hotel in size and spread. Cons are tight parking space, high prices since its almost always fully booked. Stayed in the executive room so had access to the executive lounge, which unfortunately, was under renovation. Used the ground floor lobby lounge. Nice swimming pool area, games section, shops etc Negative, females are asked to wear long dresses in order not to offend other lounge users. Users should have been told before hand of the dress code to save the embarrassment at the entry door. The lounge did not have a wide variety of drinks, sparsely stocked bar shelves. Overall, great clean, comfortable, great courteous staff and would highly recommend.

It also has shops located in it like GSM Telephone Companies shops, Pharmacies, Airline shops, A Casino, Banks, etc. In recent times they have introduced a fee for parking in the Hotel. So apart from dropping someone off at the front of the hotel most other activities would take you inside and you could pay about 200 naira an hour for parking within the premises.

Well, I finally got to enter Transcorp Hilton Hotel for a concert with Dunsin and I was particularly impressed with the security, the ambience and the aesthetics. The hall was large and it had its own security check-in system. The hall was also sound proof which meant very low disturbance from the event. The parking space is well coordinated and large. I have not lodged here yet and I will edit my review to include that experience.

One of the best hotels in Abuja, and Nigeria in its entirety. Was just recently renovated so the facilities are almost brand new. A lot of new entrances and exits were added. Parking space was also rejigged. The hotel is home to various restaurants, bars, cafes, and even a night club, so most needs would be met right there. All these of course comes at a price. This is quite a costly place.

Great hotel with lots of options for food and everything is delicious. The live entertainment is fun. Breakfast spread is excellent and the staff are really courteous and friendly. The pool area is beautiful but take mosquito repellent if you want to eat or grab a drink outside- the number of mosquitos in the evening insane. I would also recommend that the management put signs up for residents to not bang the doors every time they enter or leave the room. The walls are thin and it was an annoyance. Either way I will be back and look forward to it.

Had positive experience in this place. Stayed for few night. Seems to be very well secured, very clean, staff is welcoming and efficient. Multiple lounges, a few restaurants in dinner time. Of course lounges are full with "working girls" at dark hours, as in most of the hotels. Lunch cost 9,900NGN (2017) in Bukku restaurant, and no other lunch in the other restaurant. Very nice lunch. Nice location, nice view. Generally no complains.

On check out and payment with a credit card reception insisted to charge the bill in US$ with a 15% uplift on the official currency converting rate. No possibility to pay with credit card in Neira they said. Except cash. Everybody understood my issue, but this behavior is a directive coming from Hilton management. So watch out on check out!!! PS: After massive discussions with the management they confirmed that this behavior is not ok and they reimbursed the 15% difference. So would suggest you do it the same in order to stop that practice.

Had a bad experience at the valet parking,i think a complain should be made,i gave my car to the valet and when i came back to collect the car the guy rushed to get the car before making my payment and then by the car said that the bill is 8500naira where i know its 1500naira so i asked him is it here where i should be doing the payment and arent there any sign of the pricing so the guy said so sir is 1500 instead of the 8500...he may hav thought am a stranger or foreign guest but thats not how a 5star hotel should be.

Transcorp Hilton is located at the heart of the city. During rush hour there might be a little traffic, but it will clear up quickly as there are officials on ground to handle it. Transcorp Hilton is very secure, there are various other companies within the lobby, i.e MTN Shop, Aero Contractors, Aril Air, Zenith Bank etc. And there are several ATMs. Hilton also have several restaurants and a large pool, and pool side bar.
