It is strategically located in Gwarinpa area of Abuja. The room air conditioners are impressive. The only down side in my opinion is the parking space which is too limited. The hotel is easily traceable and well serviced.

#RitmanHotels is a budget friendly hotel in #Gwarinpa #Abuja within close proximity to the city center, shopping malls, the Jabi lake and so many other fun activities that Abuja has to offer. If you have an event or a few days and you are on a budget, I would recommend this place.

The rooms are very good with nice air conditioning. I believe the hotel is I need of some mild renovation. My room door was still shaking even after locking it. Mosquitoes still found their way into my room and they had a field day....nņ

Rate was good though not purpose built for a hotel rather a converted apartment. The staff are willing to help but the hotel needs urgent upgrade. I insisted and changed from my initial room as the adjoining door to the balcony was damaged and is unable to lock and there is opening under the door that can let in a rat. There is also no good signage outside. The light and water were okay. Not so decent but ok for its rate.
