Very poor service. Room was full of cigarettes odor. When we complained, they refused to change the room. We had to demand for room towels and only one was given for two people and the towel was not clean. Had issues with breakfast. They demanded that we pay for one person when the website clearly stated that breakfast is for the two guests per room and our reservation was made as such. Very poor service.

Yes, it was a good stay but their staffs have a condescending look. Maybe cause I’m young and they are used to the big men and women of Abuja. But they made me feel very out of place and one of their restaurant staff was VERY rude. Beyond words.

The staff are professionally friendly, prices of their suits are comparatively more affordable without losing quality. There restaurant staff are very friendly, especially their manager who is always in a black suit and always smart. It is located in d heart of town with a good proximity to the central business district (CBD). There is presence of security in d compound n environment to give u that air of security when inside there. They av constant electricity made possible by their standby generators in conjunction with a solar power system. It can best be described as "dynamites come in small sizes".

And response time of staff is very poor.
