Starting from the rude car hire service to the poor food and run down facilities. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I gave a star because that is the lowest rating here. I had the best time during my stay, the staff are very nice. The whole place is fantastic. The environment was cool and conducive to stay in. The staff were nice and friendly. The complimentary breakfast is more than enough and tasteful. Sometimes you might be given a discount on your room. The rooftop has a very great bar for your relaxation and convenience that gives a good view of Abuja. The steaks are nice and drinks are relatively affordable. The room service and restaurant services is awesome. They have ample parking space, swimming pool, gym and more. Quite a nice place to visit once in Abuja. On a scale of one to ten, I would rate the hotel a nine.

Positively the most apathetic service I have ever encountered worldwide. The first room I was given stank. The shower fitting was left on the floor behind the toilet. Wifi was dismal and resulted in the most frustrating week I have ever experienced. Slow responses to every request I made, including on average 3 requests to technical support per day. I would not recommend staying at this hotel ever.
