Luisianna is a budget hotel with adequate facilities. The food is delicious and I love the yam and Spanish omelette. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Bar serve chilled beverages. You can also have your drink outdoors under the trees. Love doing this in the evenings. Close to transportation.

A good orderly place.. went there to re-new my drivers licence. The only pos machine they got never works and most pple found this agitating. Other option is to physically go pay at a bank of which "no network" is d order of d day! Spent several hours there without capturing. Sad! Found staff friendly and polite though.
