This Hotel does not live up to the Sheraton name. Would like to know how they manage to keep the name. Please have a look at my pictures and judge for yourself if you think it is worth your money. Positives: My bedding was clean. Loved the pizza from the Italian restaurant. Apart from that, this is NOT a Sheraton. Negatives: Training at front desk, and I can understand it taking a bit longer than usual. Shoddy maintenance is noticeable everywhere. Repairs have been done with no care. Even the picture frames in my room was not at the same level. Simple things like cleaning the place would also help! Have a look at the inside of the lifts! How do people rate this place 4 out of five stars? The whole place feel neglected and dirty. Security guards slouching in their chairs. Is this really a Sheraton?

Sheraton Abuja needs a face lift, it can look better and they can do better, the room is generally tidy, the staff are very friendly and courteous, for me the food is the best thing in Sheraton. I really enjoyed the breakfast and looked forward to it every morning. It was generally not too bad an experience but I think a lot of work needs to be done regarding the general look of the hotel, it’s not fancy at all, if you are looking for fancy or a beautiful hotel, Sheraton Abuja isn’t where you want to be.

The following staff were really great. Mr. Paul Eze and Daniel were wonderful. The Monday evening activity for SPG Guests in-house is great. I always looked forward to it. The hotel hypes it and make one long for it. The finger foods served are supper. The staff at the lounge are also great. They are always ready to serve you and go above board to get what you need from the main restaurant. If you want a homely place to stay in Abuja, the Abuja Sheraton is the place.

Sheraton Hotel is presently undergoing massive renovation. Guest may experienced some noises as construction work is in progress. Number of rooms have also reduced as many floors are not in use. Probably, the renovation may end sometimes in 2020 as it has just began this year.

Delicious meals from local to intercontinental recipe. I loved the breakfast. The pool side looks great at night. Outdoor sitting gets you some fresh air. You can make payment with your cards or cash. The parking lot is large enough to contain several vehicles. Security is commendable. Game room, restaurant, grocery, clothier, bureau de change and other essential services are obtainable here. You can get a taxi or uber for your ride around town.

I enjoy visiting the Sheraton a lot. The hotel has been in Abuja for ages and you can actually tell when you take a close look at the building. The owners have done a good job in keeping it maintained and able to compete with all the new entrants in the hospitality business. What really makes the hotel stand out for me is how lovely and polite the staff members are. Front desk reception, waiters, security men are all so nice that it makes you overlook the few short comings they may have infrastructure wise. I had a thoroughly good stay and was blown away by how good their internet access was. Always a great place to visit and if you do be sure to check out their grill restaurant
