The Edmudian Court Luxury apartments are a great place to relax and take a little break from the fast pace of the city centre. The surrounding area is plush with large homes and is very safe. I felt very comfortable each morning as I set out on 3 mile run around the surrounding area. The staff is extremely friendly and cordial. It’s a newer operation so if for some reason you don’t see something you need or like, just tell the staff and they are very responsive. I asked for a couple of chairs on the balcony so that my fiancé and I could enjoy the evenings while overlooking the pool to which they happily and promptly obliged. I think my only suggestion would be to have softer beds. I looked at several different hotels, which certainly weren’t as nice as the Edmudian apartments, but didn’t sleep or touch the beds. A firm mattress may be typical in Nigeria so certainly can’t fault the hotel. I didn’t have any difficulty sleeping and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend to others and will stay here again for my return trip in July.
