I visited the HP Service Centre last month. I went with 3 laptops for repairs. Instead of charging me diagnosis fee of N9000 the laptops, I paid N3000 only for the diagnosis. Their Customer care reps are fantastic. Their lines are always open during work hours, and diagnosis results are sent via mail within 24hours.
