Love the cozy environment. I forgot my purse and the staff took care of it and I got it back intact. Most of all their ice-cream is magical on your tongue, best ice-cream I have had. The only one issue I have is the number of servers other than that I feel the experience is wonderful.

Worst service globally! I’ve been to cold stone in many locations all over the world and the cold stones in Nigeria are always very slow compared to the US or Dubai. But the branch at Wuse 2 in particular is the absolute worst! They always run out of flavors - this has happened three times in the past couple months. Today they were out of Vanilla! And that’s not the worst part - there were only 5 people ahead of me in the queue however I spent 48 minutes before I was attended to, and the staff rudely told me vanilla was finished so I should go for cake batter. I informed her I wanted vanilla only and she kept insisting that it tasted the same. Eventually she tried to scrape the bottom of the tub which wouldn’t have been enough so I told her I wasn’t interested and she barked at me “who said it was you”. This isn’t the first time I’m getting terrible service at this establishment! Cold stone - you need to do Better at training your staff to work efficiently.

#Halal Conscious Customers! Some ice cream flavours have alcohol. When scooping, it could drop into the other ice cream containing no alcohol. When I asked about this, they informed me that they dip the scooping spoon in water to rinse it which does not clear the content properly. Also when adding extra toppings on the ice cream mixing table, all ice cream types including ice cream containing alcohol are placed on the same table. And they explain they scrape off the table content, which does not guarantee alcohol content not getting involved. If they can separate the ice creams containing Alcohol; Bowl, Mixing Table, Scoping Spoon Totally or Have a non-alcohol separate section, that will be perfect for Customers that are very conscious of Alcohol! It took us about 20 minutes to order the ice cream, that shows how long the queue was and therefore if people are willing to wait that long for the ice cream, it must taste good! 5*
