My favorite Kelishi spot in Abuja town. It has many stalls close to the fence in a plaza car park. It’s an open place but much more better than what you see in kelishi markets in other northern states. Almost no fly, very yummy & dried plus very customer friendly sellers. They give you tasting even before you buy. I buy from Makinde and it’s been always always good. Depending of the time of your visits during the day, parking space may be an issue. Early before 12 pm is perfect time.

Lol The area 1 kilishi market offers the best price for kilishi in the city of Abuja. There are plenty stalls with sellers offering a tasting to help you decide whether to patronize them. Trust me, almost a hundred percent of them offer the good stuff. The beef is very well dried and can last for days on end. I store mine in the fridge though, just after the first day so I can keep enjoying it as often and as long as I like.
