Actually, your hotel is quiet modern In terms of facilities. An obvious inadequate thing that hotel lack is packing space, the is so tight. Another observation the quests I checked in there complain about was the restriction of available television channels which they regard as embarrassment, the quests were not allowed to watch the channel of their choices. Pls ensure your mgt improve in this areas.
