Decor and finishing is great, staff are courteous and helpful food is great! the pasta is particularly amazing. Decent looking facilities: spa, gym and swimming pool. Wifi speed was very good although the password is for 1 device only. Have to ask if you have multiple devices. The bed was horrible. Simply horrible.

I had been staying at Casalinda before now and their service was satisfactory. But my last stay there is the last time I’ll stay there. The service was terrible, the staff were terrible. Their record keeping was poor. They made an attempt to be terrible and were successful at it. Sometimes they clean the room and forget to replenish the bathroom supplies, sometimes they wake you up from good sleep to ask frivolous questions.

Sorta Italian style decor, amazing place though the pool was not functional at that time. They have amazing events daily, karaoke , salsa and the live band were fun. The honeymoon suite is magnificent too. Atmosphere is so calming and customer service is great. The complimentary breakfast was awesome too.

Value for money. Stayed for five nights but had to ask for a bottle of water on 3 out of the 5 days. Also only got my room freshened up twice during my stay. Otherwise the facility is in a great location, excellent food from the restaurant and airport pickup worked well. As others have said, the breakfast is basic and it was the same thing every day...by day 5 I just skipped it.

Exterior of the hotel looks ok and presentable enough. I stayed in their standard and classic room and the rooms were just basic. The bathroom is not up to standard. Rugs were smelly. I was at casalinda hotel &gallary resort for a birthday function, I was amaixinly blown away by the setting from the entrance down to the convertible lounge event space, which is close to the pool side which is beautifully lighten up at night, I was not oppurtuned to step into the reseption, but believe you me, casalinda hotel and gallery resort is a one stop location for luxury at its peak.
