At first I was not excited to go there,; I was actually put off by the name and was thinking of seeing either junk food or a dirty environment. Surprisingly, I was fascinated how a junkyard was turn into a classy meet-up place. The service was good, the fish was well seasoned and the customer service was to a friendly standard. I must warn however that locating the Junkyard Grill for a first time visitors would require asking some directions.

A very large open space with unique seats and a very serene and cool ambience. The staff are courteous and nice, and always willing to help. The menu is rich, but the offerings are not very pocket friendly, catering to middle to upper class income earners. The have huge variety of mixes, beers, and other drinks. With as little as 14k, u can cater for like 4 people.

Shisha options was awesome, brought your table with your own mouth attachments. Food both evening I went was great .. goat meat ..(asuna) and chips .. and beef suya and chips . Loved it.

First time i went i was sooo impressed with the ambience, the drinks and the burger. Was lovely. I went two more times and by the third time the urger was an apology. The patty was too charred, almost burnt. The burger bun was cold and hard. Just the fries were nice and hot. This is what i keep saying about maintaining quality service at all times.

My current favorite spot in Abuja. I love the setting and how it attracts a trendy Abuja crowd, food is relatively not expensive however service can be a bit slow. Been here more than a few times and I’ve not really had complains asides from the long wait time I encounter quite often,however a few of my friends have complained that the manager of this place (the Arab guy) has been a bit rude to customers on more than one occasion. All in all, I really enjoy the cool atmosphere the beautiful music and the nice drinks that this place always offers.

The Ambience at the place is just breathtaking however that is where the good ends! The service is nothing to write home about as I do believe they are overwhelmed and get confused. Food and drinks tools about an hour and 3o mins to get to us and when it finally came it was unbelievable! The glass of Margarita tasted like it was a mixture of just salt and water! When I asked for a change after the first sip, I was told to wait for the Manager to never showed up. The same waiter came back and asked to change the drink after almost another 20minutes of waiting at that point I just wanted a coke! They refused to change saying it was not possible so we had to pay for that and also for the coke!! The asun we ordered was basically bolied goat meat peppersoup! Had soo.Much water! The side came when we were about to leave. I do not think this place is worth the hype! The only thing it has going is the ambience!
