Used to be better. Last visit, noticed a lot of deteriorating conditions. Mostly dampness, peeling paint, dust, dirt, etc.. Staff are still as friendly as ever. But the building needs serious maintenance. Shame!

This is very awesome and affordable with a fully equipped kitchen! This is more value for money than the expensive hotels. It has a homely feeling and nice staff. The wifi is also very fast. I am surely making this my favourite accommodation in Abuja.
