The estate is a beautiful estate with lots of facilities available for recreation and relaxation such as, swimming pool, basketball court, etc. There is a health center available for medical cases. The estate also have an atm machine spot for cash withdrawal and other transactions. Unlike other estate were keke and okada disrupt free transportation, they have dedicated mini buses to convey there residents within the estate. The security in the estate is very obvious and can be felt right from the entrance of the estate.

The estate is after SunCity Estate along Lokogoma road. The estate has a lovely recreational park (basket ball court, badminton, lawn tennis, and table tennis) open to residents and guests. There is also a big garden where residents are allowed to host events at zero cost. Security is very tight in the estate with guards stationed at the gate and patrol guards on every street within the estate. Power supply is really stable. You can be assured of at least 20hours power supply daily.
