I love River Park Estate. Serene environment, good roads and a nice neighbourhood. Supermarkets are available to cater to your needs. Driving to town is also easy because of the good road. The airport is easily accessible from River Park. I look forward to having a personal property in River Park soon, God willing.

River park estate along the airport road is one very large settlement almond the airport road. Precisely Lugbe. Infrastructures were really planed for this place, but the affordability is something to consider. Nice place if you can afford it. Proximity to the express is a good selling points here. Various kind of houses available too.

Its ok, well designed estate, but should not be called an estate, it should be called a district, over 3000 houses and lots of commercial buildings coming up, too many public facilities and churches. Security seems to be adequate but not all around coordinated. The uninformed guards are well behaved but the police men aint helpful.

The estate in located along Airport Expressway. It is on the same side with Airport when coming from the City Gate. There is a big sign board showing the entrance to the estate. The estate is beautiful but the road infrastructure is yet to be completed. The buildings are mostly Twin Duplexes.
