Research LoungeI am currently at Nicotel and I had to leave a review for anyone currently debating booking...it is amazing. Excellent staff, excellent services. They need to give Ms. Doris and Mr. Peter a raise. They are so attentive to your needs without being intrusive. The reviews you see here are true. My gas cooker was out and the owner came to ensure it was fixed...on a Sunday?!?! Space is cozy! it feels like a house. Kids will do just fine here in terms of comfort. AC works!! Kitchen is nice and equipped, I have made my own meals. Nice bathroom (just play with the buttons when the shower doors are closed or you will be mopping for a while :-D ). Tl:dr version: Security: Adequate security, it is a gated property and they have other security measures in place that I found reassuring. Space: Spacious but cozy. Proximity to the City: Taxi and Uber/Bolt Drivers are easy to get a hold of; Service: A+, top notch. Everyone from the owner, management staff and janitorial staff, care staff, security...they all care!

Solomon OnyeagoroA home away from home. Wonderful services, exclusive privacy... great for family vacation. Great rooms Kitchen for guests to cook their own meals Clean bathrooms. Tea in rooms Cool Lounge / sitting area / sitting room very friendly for family stay. Enough parking for guests. Stationed cab services. Calm cool environment. Location is just as you see in the pictures, hmmm.... I would even say better... A great value for your money.
