I will call this a 5star hotel. This hotel is an amazing environment for where anyone can relax and socialize. The entrance down to the reception, and the whole of the building is amazing, it is like a dream come true. The swimming pool is so beautiful that is can take your breathe away at the sight of it. The workers are relaxed and friendly. The environment is child-friendly, so you can take the whole of your family along while going there. They have a good space for both indoor and outdoor meetings. They have verieties of Sporting facilities.

Was here yesterday for our community bowling games. Though the place is ok, the customer services is far from excellent. A very slow response on complaints handling. The management shall start thinking to improve the soft skills of its employees. Professionalism is the big issue

The Dome is a standard and classy 4 star hotel located behind Oando filling station, around national Hospital & Pakistani High commission, along European union crescent,Central Area, Abuja. It is about 45 minutes drive from Nnamdi Azikwe international Airport It has beautiful scenery, swimming pool, a standard gym etc. It has a spacious surronding with good security facilities. They have good customer service. The road network in its environs is top notch.

The dome!!! Well, I remember this place way back then around 2005/2006, it was the go to place back then with a lot of activities going on in the place. It had a bowling alley, snooker table, fusball table and lots of other gaming activities to keeping busy for days!!! Then along the line 5 years later, it was a shadow of itself....no maintenance, the place was delapitating until last year 2018, it rose again, and way way better than I knew it. I really pray the people managing it now maintain it properly this time. Cheers!!!

Went there for a party on a weekday night. Apart from the guests of the celebrants it seemed a bit empty. But it was quite a nice setting, the surrounds seemed beautiful with a water feature too. It seems a great place for drinks and to chill out. Good also for events. Would be good to see it in the day though to get a better sense of it.

The Dome has obviously had a "make over", the ambience on entering, the bar and lounge all look great. However. I was quite disappointed by the obvious lack of training of staff there. The quality of service makes it unattractive. I will visit again, and observe any improvement in the behaviour of staff, to customers, and around customers.
