It’s a great addition to the Enugu metropolis. This mall, easily referred to as Shoprite by locals in reference to the anchor store, is a melting point of entertainment, shopping, relaxation and commerce. Ideal for family outings as it has an amusement center boasting nice rides and kids’ play area. The facility looks well maintained with well arranged offices, shops and sitting/walking/dining areas. I observed there may still be some unoccupied stores in the building so the commercial potential of this place is still on the rise.

This place is like a go to spot for both the young and old in Enugu. Children that are looking for adventure, fun and excitement come here. Adults who want to shop, go on a date and get entertained, come here. Parents bring their children here as a spot for recreational activities. Students and youths in general come here to get the best pictures for their social medial pages. This is really a place to be in Enugu because it welcomes everyone. There are several shops and outlets here. Shops like Tara, essenza, healthplus, cold stone, dominos pizza, shop rite, games, pink berry, lulu, miniso, Samsung, black and white salon, cassia Bella, gossip, some banks etc, have found their home here. It is also a tourist attraction for visitors who want to feel the energy of the town without visiting lots of places. The parking lot is huge and keke is allowed to drive in. This is a medium sized mall but with a giant ferris wheel in front. It is one of the most kid-friendly malls I have seen in a while. Last time I was there, the kids were riding on little mechanical animals all about the mall floor. The mall is quite secure then, I presumed. There are two stores; Shoprite itself and Game. Viva cinemas, a sizeable food court and my all time favorite store Miniso.

Very big beautiful mall located at the heart of Enugu town. It has ShopRite, the Game, PEP and other big brands in it. It recently got a cinema called Viva. The compound is neat and well ordered as regards parking. They have a small playground Infront of the mall. A food court is also located at the center of the mall where big restaurants has a stand. There is also a large sitting area in the food court for one to consume any thing that was bought anywhere in the mall.

The parking lot is one of a kind, bug enough to park over 500 cars. It is a well planned mall, ready for big events and a large crowd of customers. Unlike other malls, Polo Park mall is designed to avoid inconveniences caused by too many customers at a time. The location is cool, very strategic. It is a place I recommend for a decent family day out. You will love it.
