Eni-njoku hostel as at today is well to do with respect to the free + abundant WiFi; Sure Security guards, Adequate Water supply; Uninterrupted electric supply; conducive and well furnished reading rooms. And a well accommodating 5 - men bunked room. functional clean partitioned toilet systems and Abundant daily cleaned bathrooms + etc.

Eni Njoku hostel is very poor and dilapidating. It has been neglected by the University administration which would have done more to it. Its rooms and toilets are very bad. It needs proper maintenance and management. Though students still habit in the hostel, most of their health has been adversely affected by the nature of its environment.
