Abandoned, uncompleted facilities with poor security at night. cases of robbery during night time on passers by. But good enough for workouts, such as sprints, jogging, weightlifting, dance rehearsals and football.

This stadium is not very large and suffers greatly from dilapidated, obsolete and in some cases complete lack of very necessary facilities. Maintenance is an issue for the management to handle. However, the stadium is still in use by football teams, personal exercises, political rallies and other events. The parking space is not sufficient for a stadium.
