A very lovely place. British council uses this hotel for IELTS examination. It has so much facilities like a big hall, restaurant, fitness center etc. It is located along Abakpa road. It is a few kilometers away from Enugu municipal. It is very cool and lively. It has a serene environment. Most of its facilities are old and needs replacement.

Iconic resort sitting on a lake crawling with local wildlife. I was able to spot several families of kites, herons and numerous other birds. The lake itself is rich with fishes and People have been known to spot crocodiles in the area. The hotel itself feels like a colonial treasure and has not aged too badly, that being said, do not expect modern aesthetics. Swimming pool, gym and a bookstore plus an outdoor bar with local meats and food. There are no alternatives to Nike Lake in the East of Nigeria if this kind of resort is your cup of tea.

It is really a place to unwind with a little touch of nature. Contains over 100 lodging facility at a rate of about N10,000 - N20,000.

Nice hotel, large on an expansive landscape by Nike Lake. Has a great Bush bar experience which serves point and kill fish with pepper soup at quite affordable rates too. The hotel is growing old though but still charming in its own right. A trail runs right by the lake and awesome views. Beware of crocodiles though!

Terrible experience. What is supposed to be the best hotel in Enugu has turned out to be the worst. Lodged here and to begin with, no porter, you carry your own bags. the water wasn’t running, the intercom wasn’t working as well. When I complained to the reception, they apologized and said water will be available in about 4-5hrs but no solution to the intercom, it’s a general problem there. They said the room service staff would bring me water in a bucket. Of course I got a refund and checked out. Will never recommend or go there again.
