Good structure, secured place, spacious rooms,nice foods,but very poor services from some of the staff(room service/waiters). There is a lot of renovations/ repairs to be carried out. The hotel previous standard is now going down, need to improve and sustain it.

This is a useless place...They don’t have professional workers.. they spoilt my two shirts that cost me a lot. The laundry employee did not show any remorse at all. Dirty environment. The place needs renovation. The cost of the hotel is not worth it.
