Ozumba ChinyereNkenna, Please what company are you writing about? Which area do you live that has near stable electricity? I would like to move there. I live in New Owerri and the electricity supply is non-existent. And we still get outrageous bills monthly. The staff do not know a thing about customer service and are always looking to extort money from customers. They are reluctant to provide pre-paid meters so they can give estimated bills which they inflate at will. I would give you zero star (if it exists) as rating for your service. EEDC, you need to put your act together.
