Nice affordable hotel located in a very strategic location in GRA Benin city. Walking distance to the famous Kada cinemas where you could go watch movies. For a hotel as old as Kiko I am really impressed with the maintenance standard. Nice pool also

I was just passing by the hotel on my way to work and the most basic thing, i noticed was the hotel security which is guided, by Mobile Police Men, generally know as "MOPOL" an the clean and serene envioronment of the hotel
