From very recent experiences with them, they no longer enter their logs online for priority parcel delivery which was a necessity for parcel tracking. They also no longer deliver mails to homes on time. They only deliver mails after about two or three weeks late, after they received. Imagine your international express parcel could be intentionally withheld for more than two weeks even though it was from international express service.
