If you care about customer service and having a good experience in a hotel. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER COMING HERE! They have a terrible, I repeat, terrible customer service. Staffs are rude. When you request to speak to the manager they just call another staff. I stayed here for a week and it was from one complain to another. They don’t clean your room you have to disturb them before they come. You buy drink from them and they can’t even give you ice because they are rationing it. The day I checked out refund took over 30 minutes to process. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this one hands down is the most terrible experience I have ever had. I highly do not recommend this place!

Nice hotel with spacious and economic rates. Very clean rooms and environment. The staff are courteous and helpful. There is ample parking lot. There is a swimming pool, an outdoor bar and an event place. The restaurant has some good food. The hotel is a bit on the old side though!

Nice place. Have a fairly spacious car park. Has 4 halls in total which are quite affordable. The staffs are friendly and professional. The hotel rooms are good and well kept. There’s also a pool. Good security and constant power.

Overall very good customer service; the employees were very responsive to complaint and helpful. In addition they were very friendly. Security was very good.But the hotel needs a bit upscaling/ renovation work here and there. There were leaks etc. Overall very satisfactory

Beautiful hotel, large and spacious. The rooms are well equipped and tidy. The services are great with a pool, indoor and outdoor bar, gym, restaurant, etc. There is ample parking space. There is an event hall. The prices are moderate. The food is good but over priced. Security is reasonable but not top notch. Overall the hotel is getting old, cracks have started appearing on some of the doors.

Stayed in a big suite with a living room and 2 bathrooms. Everything was clean mostly but the wuality of the furniture was not the best. But a very pleasant room for nigerian standards. There was a cool pool which could get quite lively at times. The biggest downside is the poorly trained staff. They could be quite rude at times. But appart from that it was a pleasant stay and we would go there again for sure.
