A public park, run by the Local Government Authority and susceptible to the debacles associated with Nigerian Motor Parks. The only positive is that vehicles going to the West get filled on time and are quite affordable. However, during rainy seasons and after a downpour specifically, the park is not assessible as the blocked drainage make the park flooded with dirty water and plastics flowing down from Ugbowo

You can find vehicles that fill up relatively fast going to several locations in the Southwest including Ife/Ilesa, Ibadan and Abeokuta. The environment is not so neat and the stench of urine can be unpleasant. There are also limited items to buy except you want to eat at the dingy buka there.
