This hotel actually defines what a hotel should look and function like. The owners obviously put a lot of time Into the design and maintenance of the facility. It has acres of parking space, it is easily accessible and close to a hospital on the main street. It is approximately 20 minutes away from the Benin City airport. too. I was treated like a king during my entire stay there. My friends and I had an amazing time here.

Do not host any conferences here. The staff were rude and disrespectful. They did not stick to timelines given, lunch was served 1.5 hours after we had requested. And they do not understand concept of a buffet lunch... they only gave limited portions of food claiming not everyone is entitled to desert or rice etc. Plus the meeting rooms are infested with flys! I can’t speak for the accommodation. Outside restaurant takes AGES to prepare food, we waited over 1.5 hours for chicken and chips!

The attitude of the waiter sends your appetite away and you regret coming but when the food arrives you console yourself that its delicious enough to make you overlook the distasteful service.
