Igbinosa UwumarongieIts the first point of call, if not emergency and antenatal cases. It more of a general practice, from here clients are referred to specialist physicians in the same UBTH complex. But wait times in UBTH and distance needed to walk by sick clients are a great disadvantages. UBTH also is grossly understaffed, limiting, relatively, service delivery.
