This superb event hall was designed to give the wow experience, great seats and working air conditioning, beautiful lightings, fantastic convenience, service rooms attached to the halls to provide comfort and privacy, CCTV cameras and big LED screens to make the stage visible from any part of the halls, huge parking space. The place was designed to give the wow experience. I personally had fun when I visited.

Not good at all, poor service, noisy. Cigarette smoking is apparently allowed because the smoke from the room beside mine filled mine..... Really horrible. The cleaning service is also very poor.

Worst stay so far in a hotel in Benin city! Untidy rooms, room walls are dirty, toilet tiles not clean. I asked for soap to shower and I was given my soap and then a BUCKET!!!! I found out the bath has no shower! A whole "UYI Grand"
