It was a wonderful stay at Pearl Hilton hotel. The room was airy and clean, the reception was friendly and very courteous. The meal served was hot and spicy just the way I requested it. The laundry representative was friendly. The room service staffs were professional in their conduct and service rendering, even when I was served with an expired Nescafé sachet (air got into the sachet) ,I complained and was swiftly attended to without murmuring and with lots of smiles from the staff. A large parking space. Lovely underground hall for reception and events.
