The place was clean, my room was spacious, and the staff courteous. It can get a little loud though because they play music from the bar downstairs. It’s three floors without an elevator, won’t recommend for anyone who hates stairs and people with disabilities. Great stay, would recommend.

Nice place. Obviously, the place is built regal. But the lustre is gradually fading. The owners and managers should not allow that. Learn from the mistakes of other hotels like RMH on the same Ihama Road. I also noticed many guys speaking very loudly and rudely at each other by the gate. Behaviour like this will never be condoned in world class hotels. Fasten loose boards in rooms, screw anything that is shaking. Stop staff from sitting around reception area and speaking pidgin aloud. Competition is tough around here. Great job. Just tighten loose ends.

Bad quality.. this hotel switched the lights off/turned off the generator while I was asleep. There were mosquitoes in the room. The door handles were damaged. While build large facilities if u cannot maintain it..

The rooms were very clean, we stayed in a suite and added a single room. The pool is very clean too. The food is delicious too. Used to stay in another hotel but a friend mentioned this hotel, we decided to stay a night to decide, by the following day we decided not to leave. The reason why we preferred this hotel was the cleanliness the other hotel had water marks in the room during our last stay.
